The highly experienced owners professionally train their teachers, and the studio provides classes, workshops, and elite teacher training in Purna Yoga™, Heartfull Meditation, and holistic living. Classes are for every body and every stage of life and include specialty classes such as gentle yoga, empower hour, spa yoga, enlighten yoga, kid's adventure yoga, and prenatal yoga. They also offer private classes and massages. The center is the winner of several awards since opening in 1992 including Best of 425 and Best of Western Washington. Their mission is to teach safe and transformative classes, so students can feel alive and shine.
