Yoga on the Rocks, conveniently located upstairs inside AZ on the Rocks, is a full yoga studio with classes for all levels of yogi. We have classes for Children and Adults and provide a full range of yoga styles including:

  • Restorative
  • Yoga Nidra

  • Ki-Hara and more!

You will enjoy our full service focused, intimate class sizes, excellent hands-on instruction and affordable pricing. In addition we provide the following services to our Yoga customers.

The Yoga on the Rocks program is designed with a few key principles in mind:

Dedicated to the highest standards, YOURS. This includes complimentary use of mats, mat cleaner, blocks, straps, blankets, eye pillows, medium and jumbo bolsters, and sandbags to deepen and enhance your practice. 

Intimate Environment - Small class sizes so you don't feel like you are in a sea of students. This will also allow for our teachers to spend more time adjusting and working with each and everyone one of you. We are also limiting the number of active members so that you will have better access to the classes you want.
Value- We aren't just providing great teachers and great service in a great environment, we are also making your money go further. All memberships include unlimited climbing in the rock gym as well as many other member benefits! Drop ins are just $15 and pre-registration is never required.  Don't forget about those kiddos!!  We have drop in rates as well as packages for the kids!!  
Yoga is a wonderful compliment to climbing. Increase flexibility, focus and balance while reducing risks for injury, strengthening while lengthening. Watch your climbing improve after adding yoga to your regular fitness routine.
