Clinging to an extremely high wall suspended like Spiderman may sound like the stuff of nightmares but indoor rock climbing is a great family activity-safe, heaps of fun and a great way to get fit! Anyone with a basic level of fitness and an able body is capable of climbing, from three year olds through to grandmas.

Rockhouse Gym is extremely family friendly too – they have a special weekly Mother’s climbing group as well as a Junior Climbing Club for kids of all ages. They even host kids parties.
